McDonough Class Schedule

Our classes at MaxOut Kids help boys and girls gain the motivation, confidence, and strength to excel in the gym and beyond. Each class has been carefully designed by championship coaches who know what it takes to perform at high levels and have fun while doing it. Our goal is to provide kids with the exceptional training normally reserved for elite athletes in competitive programs, but in a relaxed recreational setting without the pressure, expense, (and drama) of competitions.
